Early this morning the wonderful BAM Construction arranged for their sub-contractors to lay the tarmac around the sculpture completing the look at its base. Ground works are being provided by J Reddington Ltd. All works are being donated to the project for the benefit of the local community here at King’s Cross.
The sculpture now looks like it floats beautifully on the ground. At the weekend artist Neil Ayling will be back on-site to continue painting. Meanwhile plans have started for the official launch at the end of May.
